Dynakin integrates its drug development expertise and model based optimal methods in acting as a specialist CRO in the design, management and execution of clinical trials with emphasis on complex pilot studies.
Phase I studies may be bioequivalence trials or experiments to explore the mechanism of action of new agents or combinations. The parallel development of a pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic model can be a key component of such early trials. In Phase I studies, Dynakin works in close collaboration with a clinical CRO for monitoring and hospital units is Spain and Germany for the clinical phase while maintaining enough flexibility to collaborate with other partners depending in the specific need of the project.
For other clinical phase studies we have long term and close collaboration with researchers in several therapeutic areas such as respiratory diseases, immunosuppression, oncology, antibiosis, allergies, hemophilia and neurodegenerative diseases.
