Individualization of therapy is one of the main investigation lines developed at DynaKin. The DYNAPRED platform was launched in 2004 and develops predictive PK/PD models based on patient specificities (covariates) including genetic makeup (for genetic variations in key ADME enzymes). Dose optimization systems created, through this platform, make possible that every individual patient gets the right dose to maximize efficacy while minimizing adverse events.

DYNAPRED is a strategic project for DynaKin as personalized medicine promises to offer the opportunity of a more rational approach in healthcare for high-risk drugs.
