New stricter regulatory guidelines are currently addressing the increased interest for label extensions or new applications for the pediatric population. Dynakin as a CRO collaborating with the industry has designed and performed phase II mutli-centric adaptive trials in pediatric populations that have become exemplary for regulatory agencies.

In accordance with this latest regulation regarding the development and availability of drugs for children, Dynakin has incorporated a line of services for the Pharmaceutical Industry through the DynaKid® project. DynaKid® aims to develop a platform for the optimization and adaptation of trials and pharmaceutical investigation plans for pediatric population. The ultimate objective of DynaKid® is the design of a tool that facilitates the prediction of the behavior of drugs in this type of population while avoiding unnecessary trials and procedures.
