Individualization of therapy is one of the main investigation lines at Dynakin. The DynaPRED® platform uses Bayess pharmacokinetic parameter estimation to individualize dosing after single (monitoring) blood sample. Patient specificities (covariates) including genetic makeup for variations in key ADME enzymes are included.

Dose optimization through the platform maximizes the chance that individual patients will receive the most efficaceous drug dose while minimizing risk for adverse events.

DynaPRED® is a strategic project for Dynakin as personalized medicine promises to offer the opportunity of a more rational approach in healthcare for high-risk drugs.

A beta version of the platform is in final testing and to be released in Fall 2010.
